Looking for a way to see what’s happening across different lists and projects? With Superlist, it’s easy.

View tasks recently assigned to you

Head to Inbox — at the top of your sidebar — to check out tasks that have recently been assigned to you. The inbox is meant to be flexible and you can manually move tasks in and out of the inbox, even if they’re assigned to other people.

You can sort tasks in your inbox by the following:

  • Creator: Sort tasks by who created them.

  • Assignee: Sort tasks by who is responsible for them.

  • Alphabetical: Sort tasks by their title.

  • Creation date: Sort tasks by how recently they were created.

  • Due date: Sort tasks by when they need to be completed.

  • Source: Sort tasks by their original source, such as Slack, Figma, or GitHub.

  • List: Sort tasks based on the list they’re part of.

  • Label: Sort tasks based on the label applied to them.

View all tasks you have access to

You can review all open tasks by navigating to Tasks. In this view, you’ll be able to see:

  • Tasks for you - regardless of whether they are assigned to your or not

  • Tasks assigned to others

  • Tasks assigned to you with upcoming due dates

  • Tasks you’ve completed

To sort all tasks, select the icon at the top of the view and sort by creator, assignee, alphabetical order, creation date, due date, source, list, and label. To search for a specific task, you can start typing the task name into the search field. (This will only match results in the task title, not the description.)
