With our Google Calendar integration, you can track what’s due right from your calendar.

Connect your calendar

Here’s how you can connect your Google calendar to Superlist:

  • Click on Settings and navigate to Integrations.

  • Locate Google Calendar in the list and click Configure.

  • Select Sign in with Google and a new window will open.

  • Choose the account you’d like to connect. Make sure you allow Superlist to view and edit events on your calendar.

  • Click Continue or Allow to connect your account.

Create calendar events from Superlist

Tasks that you’ve created with a due date — as well as any tasks with a due date that are assigned to you — will automatically be added as all-day events in your calendar. Currently, this will only apply to dates added after you’ve connected your account.

Once connected, tasks and events will stay in sync between Superlist and Google Calendar. Here are a few important things to know:

  • Any changes to the due date will be reflected in Superlist and on your calendar.

  • Any changes to the task title will be reflected in Superlist and on your calendar.

  • Adding a due time to your tasks will automatically create a 30-minute block on your calendar.

  • Completing a task in Superlist will delete the event from your calendar.

  • Deleting the event from your calendar will remove the due date from the task in Superlist.

Disconnect your calendar

Connected accounts will appear at the top of the Google Calendar configuration page. To remove an account, simply click the Disconnect button to its right. Once removed, all Superlist tasks will be removed from your calendar, but the tasks and their due dates will remain in Superlist.
