Running into an issue while using Superlist? Here’s how to submit a report.
Report an issue
The easiest way to submit a bug report is to open the app, click on your profile picture, and select Report an issue on desktop / web or Get support on mobile. This will open our help center in a browser window. In this window, select the chat option and you will be put in contact with one of our team members to report and discuss your issue.

Describe your experience
In order for us to identify and fix bugs, we need as much context as possible. When reporting an issue, please provide:
An overview of the issue.
Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue, along with screenshots or screen recordings, if possible.
The list URL, in the event an issue is affecting a specific list.
Details on the version of Superlist you were using (available by clicking on Superlist in your menu bar and selecting About Superlist).
