Deleted something by accident? Superlist's Trash keeps your deleted tasks and lists so you can bring them back whenever you need them.
Where do I find Trash?
Open the user menu in the sidebar and select Trash (between Settings and Integrations). Trash works on desktop, web, iPhone and Android.
What ends up in Trash?
Any task, list or sublist you delete. When you delete a list, the tasks inside it go to Trash together with it. The most recently deleted items are shown at the top, along with where they came from and when they were deleted.
How long do items stay in Trash?
As long as you want. Items stay in Trash until you choose to delete them forever — they are never removed automatically.
How do I restore something?
Open Trash.
Find the item. Use the search bar at the top to search by title.
Tap Restore.
The item goes back to where it was before.
Where does a restored item go if its list was deleted too?
Tasks: if the original list is also in Trash or no longer exists, the task is restored to your Inbox. The list itself stays in Trash until you restore it.
Lists: a list goes back to its original place. If that place no longer exists, the list is restored to the top level of your personal lists.
Can I restore or delete several items at once?
Yes. Long-press an item on mobile, or click the checkbox on desktop, to select multiple items. Then choose Restore or Delete Forever for all of them at once.
How do I delete something permanently?
Tap Delete Forever on an item (or on a selection) and confirm. This can't be undone from the app, so double-check before you confirm.
Why can't I restore an item?
If you see "You no longer have access to this item", the item was in a shared list or team you're no longer part of. Ask the list owner to share it with you again.
I deleted something a while ago. Why isn't it in Trash?
Trash only shows items deleted after the feature was released. Items deleted before that aren't available in Trash.
