Our Figma integration offers multiple ways to capture Superlist tasks. You can use the Superlist widget to create, view, and complete tasks without leaving Figma.

Connect your Figma account

You can connect multiple Figma accounts to Superlist. Here’s how:

  • Click on Settings and navigate to Integrations.

  • Locate Figma in the list and click Configure.

  • Select Connect account and a new window will open.

  • Pick an account and click Allow access.

Please note that this integration currently requires you to have a Google account to be able to use it.

Create tasks in Figma with the Superlist widget

After connecting your account, you can add the Superlist widget to Figma, so you can create and manage tasks while working in Figma or FigJam files.

Add the widget to a file, and you’ll see the option to create a new task. Click New task and you’ll be prompted to finish setting up your widget by pasting the current Figma file link.

The next time you click New task, a task window will appear, and you’ll be prompted to add a task title, assignee, due date, task description, and linked design. Fill in the details and click Create task to add the task to Superlist and the embedded widget.

Collaborators in Figma will be able to see the Superlist widget and any added tasks, but they won’t be able to create or update tasks until they connect their Figma and Superlist accounts.

Tasks added from Figma will include:

  • The Figma icon, so you can quickly identify the source.

  • The the task title.

  • Any task details

  • A dedicated label so that you can find and filter tasks from Figma.

All tasks created from Figma will appear in your inbox. Just like with other tasks, you can update the due date, labels, assignee, and details, and drag them into other lists.

Disconnect a Figma account

Connected accounts will appear at the top of the Figma configuration page. To remove an account, simply click the Disconnect button to its right. Any current tasks created from that account will remain in Superlist, but new tasks will not be created via the Superlist widget.
